– Dee Why Hotel promotes and enforces the responsible service of alcohol.
– The competition starts at 2pm AEST on Thursday 21 Sept 2017 and finishes on Tuesday 31 Oct 2017 at 9.30pm AEST.
– Prize consists of Dee Why Hotel paying for the winners Christmas party in the capacity to which they have booked their party prior to 31 Oct.
– Decision drawn, is final.
– Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
– The promotion is open to residents of Sydney, Australia, only.
– Multiple entries not permitted.
– Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
– Collection and use of personal information is subject to our privacy policy which is available upon request, by entering the competition you agree for your details to be used for marketing purposes by Dee Why Hotel.
– Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
– Employees of Bayfield Hotels and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
– Winner will be drawn from a barrel at Bayfield Hotels Head Office, Suite 4111, Level 1 Dee Why Grand, 834 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why NSW 2099 on Wednesday 1 Nov 2017 at 12.00pm.
– Prize Winner will be announced via Facebook and Instagram. Prize winner will also be notified by phone and email on this date.
– If prize is not claimed, a second draw will take place on Monday 6 Nov 2017 at 9.00am and winner will be notified by phone and email.
